Susahnyaaaa berurusan ngan pompuan ek???

Morning.... :D
Pagi2 da tension... ntah apa apa ntah... hehehehehe....

I call HSBC this morning... nak tanya pasal loan payment.... yg 1st call, pompuan la jawab & terus ask for IC no... so, i gave mine (but i have no acc with HSBC) :P then, terus menggelabah tu pompuan & tak sempat i nak ask her anything.... siap kecoh lagi kat tepon :P "cannot, cannot... i cannot answer you anything because this is not your account & bla bla bla...." Takmo dengar langsung apa org nak cakap lagi tue.... siap i ask her to bertenang dulu "calm down & please try to listen to what i'm trying to ask you here":P. Sesaat tue jerlah dia diam.... pastu back to "cannot, cannot & bla bla bla....." dah tak nak dengar jugak, i just hang up the phone :D

Then, I make the 2nd call & this time, a guy pick up.... asking what's the problem 1st and all... baru ask for IC number....but then, i got the answer i need B4 he ask for IC number... huhuhu.... but then, this time i gave my hubby's IC number, so he can check on the account la kan :P

So, kejapppp jer da setel.... huhuhuhu... kecoh sungguh la....
Yelah, i know, mmg cannot la kan diorang bg info bout other person acc to me kan.... but then, dengar la elok2 apa orang nak cakap & jawab la elok2.... sabo je la.... ish...
Dah la i tak tanyer her name.... kalau tak, bole la kot buat report??? hehehehe... :P
