Moist choclate cake

Cam mana ek rasa d real moist choclate cake? Each time i try, biasa je rasanya...
Kalau letak topping confirmlah moist disebabkan topping tu (kot)...

Few days back dalam mengoogle, jumpa choc cake using mayo instead of butter.
Yes mayonis... Huhuhu.
Since mayo ada lagi half bottle dalam fridge, why not try kan. Bahan lain memang ada...

But... This time i put mixture of (melted choclate + milk = choc ganache) in d middle of d cupcakes before baking it.

Hasilnya... Kek berlubang di tengah coz choc ganache akan sentiasa dalam bentuknya (melted). Ok la kot... Cuma tak lawa, so need to add d choc ganache on top as well.

D taste? Alhamdulillah okay...
But am not yet satisfied... I think la kan, selagi its a bake cake, memang tak bole kot moist macam kek kukus?

Nak resepi ker?

Troy Chocolate Cake
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/4 cups flour
3/4 cups lukewarm water

Combine first 4 ingredients in bowl. Sift dry ingredients together. Add them & the water to creamed mixture. Beat till well-blended. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes. For cupcakes, bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Tuan punya resepi stated no need to mix with mixer. So mudah dan senanglah proses pembuatan kek ini.
